Defined Foundations


It’s time to make moves. 

Defined brings out the athlete in everybody, and our Foundations program is the perfect place to begin. These small-group sessions begin every 2 weeks and meet three times per week with each session only taking a maximum of 9 new members:

  • Tuesdays, 7:30pm
  • Thursdays, 7:30pm
  • Sundays, 8am

Regardless of your training level or fitness ability, this class supports athletes with knowledgeable coaches, a fun, team-oriented environment, and the education needed to feel successful in a new or already-evolving fitness journey.

Need something more convenient? We offer Private Foundations: a 1-on-1 approach to our beginner’s class. You’ll learn everything you need to know to attend our daily classes, plus personalized feedback from one of our qualified coaches.
