Join Coach Alberto for FIGHTING GRAVITY: a small-group workshop designed to increase your bodyweight strength! For 4 weeks, you’ll meet once per week for 90 minutes to work to develop a stronger core, improve your coordination and increase your pullup and pushup potentials. Your body is the ultimate piece of equipment, so let’s make it strong. 

Following your 4-initial small-group sessions, you’ll receive an additional 4-week accessory-work program to further your progress and promote new gains. Register now to hold your spot! 

WHO: Anyone looking to improve their body weight skills! Whether you want to achieve your first strict pullup, pushup from your toes, or strict handstand pushup – or if you can do a few, but want to get better – this one’s for you! All skill levels welcome.
