Tuesday: Strict Press

A. 
Clean + Front Squat + Jerk: (1+2+1)
– If you scale to Power Clean, perform 3 front squats prior to the Jerk
– Build to a heavy for the day with no fails!
– Take 14 minutes

B.
3 Rounds; for quality (8 minutes)
Front foot elevated Reverse Lunge with KB X 8 each side
– Perform with 1 or 2 KBs in goblet or front rack position
Follow each set with a Side Plank X 30 seconds each side
Rest as needed after each set

C.
For time: (7 minute cap)
21-15-9-6, reps of;
Hang Power Cleans
Burpees over Bar

– Barbell weight should not exceed 35% of C&J. Minimum rep requirement is 7 reps with whatever weight you choose!
