- Part 1 | Buddy Abs & Buddy Running
- Part 2 | Floor Press 2 x 12, 2 x 9, 2 x 6
- Part 3 | Front Squat x1 + Back Squat x2
- Part 4 | CardiNO Finisher (KB High Pull, Curls, Abs)
Team Workout Programming
- Part 1 | Team of 2 Fran w/ a pace clock.
- Part 2 | Teams of 3 Chipper coupled with heavy holds.
