– (1+1+1), building to moderate working weight with no fails
– Take 12 minutes
– Power Position optional

Minute 1: Hang Power Clean + Split Jerk (3+2)
– Using heavy from Part A
Minute 2: Split Squats X 8 each side
– Single Arm front rack with KB
– Kb is racked on opposite side of front leg

C.
For time: (10 Minute cap)

Single Arm Thruster
Toes to Bar
*Optimize with Supine Toes to Bar or Hanging Knees to chest

*KB/DB thruster should be moderate in weight, allowing you to perform at least sets of 9 for entire workout.
