Defined Specialty Classes in addition to standard open gym times for Thursday. 

5:30a to 7:30a & 12p to 8p – Open Gym
5:00p – Strength Bias 
6:00p – Conditioning / Simulated Long Run/Row
6:00p – Recovery + Mobility
7:00p – Weightlifting Technique

Note about Weightlifting |This is a great week to start if you have never been to this class! We will always have options for our beginners still working on technique, so come on in.
 
Friday Preview – Box Squats and then a bodyweight conditioning session with rowing & running.
