Beach Workout #2


Session #2 – Saturday, Aug. 17th @ 9:30a

Meet at The Dock Bar & Grill on Montrose Beach (map) at 9:30a sharp. From there we will head down to the water and flex our muscles and get a great workout in.

Make sure to bring a towel, your buddies, your neighbors, your best friend, and something to drink. We will get in the water up to about your belly button, and we will get sandy, but we will not be swimming during the workout.

Following the Beach Workout, it is very common for people to hang out and play Spikeball, soak up the sun and generally just be happy being outside.

Please note: If we have to cancel due to the weather we will notify everyone by 8:30a via Instagram & Facebook and the website.
