Strict Barbell Press: 10s
– Sets of 10s
– 5-7 Sets and 12 minutes building in small increments to heavy 10 for the day!

B.
3 Rounds for Quality: Strict Pull-up Training
Min 1: Strict Chest 2 Bar, Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Ring Rows, Inverted Barbell Rows, etc..
– Something you can work on with confidence that is challenging but allows you to build strength!
Min 2: Rest

C.
3 Rounds: 3 Minutes On/2 Minutes OFF
Run 400 Meters
– Option to Bike or Row for 2 Minutes instead of Running
*Fill remaining time with max reps Pushups
– If you are proficient in pushups, try to go unbroken for each round!
