Tuesday: Long WOD + Running
Wednesday: Sumo Deadlift + BSS
Friday: Strict Press + Team WOD

A. 
Take 15 minutes to build in weight and height:
5 X Hang Cleans
– Power or Squat are both options, pick one.
– Reset for every rep, no barbell cycling!
5 X Box Jumps for height
– Add height every round
– Reset and step down after every rep

B.
E.M.O.T.M. X 15 Minutes
5 Rounds of the following;
Minute 1: 20 X Single Arm DB Hang Clean
– 10 each side
Minute 2: 10 X Double KB Push Press + 10 Pull-ups
Minute 3: 200/150m Row
