Sumo Deadlift with eccentric pacing
– Sets of 5s, building in weight each round
– Eccentric Pacing: 3 seconds down
Follow each set with:
Front Foot Elevated Bulgarian Split Squats
– 8 Reps per leg
Hanging L-Hold X 45 seconds

B.
