Every 2 Minutes x 6 Rounds:
Perform the following;
10 X Strict Barbell Press
– Building in weight each round to a heavy set with no fails!
10 X Double DB/KB Romanian Deadlift

B. 
Teams of 2: Only 1 partner working at a time!
3 Rounds: 5 Minutes ON/ 1 Minute OFF (17 minutes)

5 Minute Amrap
3 X Bar Muscle Ups
– Safe scaling options will be available from the coach in class!
4 X Jumping lunges per side (8 total)
*Rotate with partner each round!

Max Calorie Assault Bike
*Rotate every 30 Seconds with your partner!
