Working Out VI

A1.
Sumo Deadlift with eccentric pacing
– Eccentric Pacing: take 5 seconds to travel from hip to the floor for each rep
– Sets of 3, building for 6 minutes to working weight

A2. 5 Rounds: 40 seconds On / 20 seconds Off
Min 1: Sumo Deadlift with 5 second eccentric @ working weight
Min 2: Weighted DB/KB Step ups      

B.
E.M.O.T.M.: x 5 Rounds (15 minutes)
Min 1: 40 X Double Unders
– Optimize with 45 seconds of Single Unders or Double Under practice if needed
Min 2: 20 X Alternating V-ups
Min 3: 16 X Pistols (8 each leg)
