E.M.O.T.M. x 14 Minutes
Odd Minutes: 10 X Seated Barbell Strict Press
Even Minutes: 5 X each leg, Elevated Bulgarian Split Squats
– Add load via farmer, front rack or overhead

*If you find your heavy 10 in less than 7 rounds, for remaining rounds, perform 6-8 reps at that same weight!

B.
Every 4 Minutes x 4 rounds
400m run
– Sub with 500/400 meter Row or 2 Minutes of Bike if needed
15 X Pull-ups, any style

*Plank hold remainder of time for each round
