Bench Press with pause
– Building in sets of 4 to a moderate/heavy working weight
– Pause for 1 second at the bottom of each rep 1″ above chest
– Take 10 minutes

Working Sets X 5 Rounds: EMOTM
Bench Press X 3-5 reps, no pause
Rest remaining time of each round

Teams of 2: 16 Minute Amrap
42-30-18 reps of each movement;
Rest 1 minute
In remaining time, complete as many calories on the rower as possible!
