Push Jerk
– Every 90 seconds x 10 rounds
– Building to heavy double, then continue with drop sets if needed
– 5-4-3-2-2-2-2-2, etc..

B.
4 Rounds: 3 Minutes ON/ 1 Minute OFF
Power Cleans X 3 reps
Front Rack Reverse Lunge X 6 reps
Tall Box Jumps X 9 reps
– Taller than usual

*Barbell weight should be no more than 50% of C&J
