Training Preview: Week 4/4
Friday: Bench Press + Bar Muscle Up/Sprint Intervals
Front Squat to Back Squat
– (1+2), building to heavy for the day
– Take 15 minutes
Every 2 Minutes X 6 Rounds (12 minutes)
Complete the following as fast as possible;
Hang Power Clean X 5 reps
Bar Over Burpees X 10 reps
Double Unders X Max reps to :90 second mark of each round!
– Optimize the Double Unders to Single Unders or Lateral Bar Hops
*Rest remaining :30 seconds of each round!
*Barbell weight should be no more than 50% of C&J, something moderate in weight that can be performed unbroken each round.
*Score is total Doubles over 6 Rounds
