THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:
- Sit for 6 or more hours per day
- Want to improve performance in Squat or Deadlift
- Experience pain in your lower back during daily activities
- Have Glute-Amnesia or weak glutes.
- Have poor posture or muscle imbalances and want to learn more
- Want to feel better and perform better
