  • LEARN top exercises for each area of focus for movement prep and recovery.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF: 

  • Sit for 6 or more hours per day
  • Want to improve performance in Squat or Deadlift
  • Experience pain in your lower back during daily activities
  • Have Glute-Amnesia or weak glutes. 
  • Have poor posture or muscle imbalances and want to learn more
  • Want to feel better and perform better
