Lateral Banded Walks (20 ft cones)
Tempo Goblet Squats (4140)
Banded Deadbug – Legs only, alternating

Back Squats
– Sets of 10, building x 6 sets, every 2.5 minutes
*Follow each set with a Side Plank X 20 seconds each side

EMOTM X 4 Rounds (12 minutes)
Min 1: Row X 15/12 calories
Min 2: Heavy Wallballs X 15 reps
Min 3: Farmer’s Carry, heavy X 45 seconds
