Partner work with gymnastics core conditioning

*Class Addition Reminder: We are adding a Def Con (Defined Conditioning) class to the schedule for the next 3 weeks, Wednesdays only, replacing the 5 and 7pm classes. Class descriptions here!

Week’s Preview: Week 2/4
Friday: Power Cleans, pressing and Single arm sprints!

A.
Back Squat
– Every 90 seconds, for 8 rounds
– Sets of 5s, building
– No fail sets!
– Slow down, fast up. 2:1 pacing!

B.
Partner Workout: Teams of 2 (20 minute cap)
3 Rounds for time;
200 Meter Farmer’s Carry
– 1 partner walks while other carries, switch places for return
400 Meter Medball Run
– Alternate holding medball as needed
Wallballs X 50 reps
– Alternating reps as needed
