12 Minutes for Quality
Turkish Getup Complex X 1 each side
– 1 Turkish Getup + 1 Strict Press + 2 Pushpress + 2 Split Jerks
– Perform on each side, increase weight as needed
*Follow each set with Weighted Pullups X 4-6 reps
– Not there yet, try this challenging movement instead: Weighted Ring rows or Weighted Inverted Barbell Row

B.
Power Clean + Pushpress
– Building to heavy 1+1 for the day.
– Take 12 minutes

C.
For time: (10 minute cap)
Single Arm DB/KB OH Lunge X 50 reps
Burpees over DB/KB X 10 reps
Single Arm Hang Power Clean + Shoulder to Overhead X 40 reps
Burpees over DB/KB X 10 reps
Single Arm Snatch X 30 reps
Burpees over DB/Kb X 10 reps
