Friday: Long WOD + gymnastics core conditioning

A1.
Power Clean + Split Jerk + Split Jerk Press
– 1+1+1
– Build to heavy X 12 minutes
– Load will be dictated by the Split Jerk Press

A2.
Power Clean + Push Press + Split Jerk
– 1+1+1
– Continue increasing load X 5 minutes
– Load will be dictated by the Pushpress

B.  
E.M.O.T.M. X 4 Rounds: (15 minutes)
Min 1: Hang Power Cleans X 3-5 reps
Min 2: Shoulder to Overhead X 12-15 reps
Min 3: Burpee over the bar X Max reps
Min 4: Rest
