A.
Hang Power Clean or Hang Power Snatch: Athlete’s Choice
– Build to heavy 3 for the day
– Take 15 minutes
– Choose a lift you want to improve and focus on for the next 4 weeks!
– Keep track of your heavy set for the day so you can use that number for % based lifting later in the cycle!

B. 
5 Rounds for time: (14 minute cap)
Bear or Bull Complex X 5-5-5-5-5 Cycles
Abmats X 50-40-30-20-10 Reps

* Using up to 60% of your heavy from Part A. A moderate barbell weight that allows you to perform each round of 5 cycles in 2 sets or less.
