Phase #4 is upon us!
Classes officially move indoors on Friday with a new class schedule launching next week! Stay tuned for more info before the end of the week!

Thursday Class Schedule: (All classes are 1 hour long)
– 5:30am, 6:45am, 8am, 10:45am, Noon, 4pm: All Endurance Classes
– 5:15pm Strength
– 6:30pm Weightlifting
– 7:45pm Open gym
