Squat Clean

– Doubles, (1.1)
– Reset 10-15 seconds between reps
– Build to a heavy set, no fails!
– Take 12 minutes
– Focus on speed under the bar, receiving in a full squat if able.

B.
Every 2 Minutes X 6 Rounds; (12 minutes)

Complete the following; Work for 90/ Rest for 30
5 X Hang Power Clean, unbroken
10 X Bar over burpees
*Finish rest of time with max reps Double unders!

*Using a weight that is light that will allow you to complete 5 reps unbroken!
*Recording total doubles across all 6 rounds!
