Back Squat: 1rm test!

– Build to heavy single for the day!
– Take 15 minutes
– Beginners and anyone else needing/wanting to focus more on position and technique: Build to heavy 3 with 3 sec. pause in bottom position.

B.
3 Rounds for time; (15 minute cap)

Run 400 meters
– Sub 500/400 meter row if needed!
