Sumo Deadlift

– Building in sets of 8
– Take 5 sets, every 2 minutes

B.
3 Rounds for time: (15 minute cap)

Run X 400 meters or Row X 500 meters
12 X Sumo Deadlifts @ Bodyweight
– Using a moderate weight you can can perform for 1 set of 12 that is as close to your bodyweight as possible
21 X Box Jumps

C.
3 Rounds: 40 on/ 20 off (6 minutes)

Extended Plank
– Choose a position that you can hold for the full 40 seconds.
– Start with arms under shoulders and go from there
Russian Twist
– Perform with light medball or plate
