Building in sets of 5s for 5 sets
*Goal is to build to a weight that you can complete 20 reps unbroken with no rest.

– Take 12 minutes to complete both A1 + A2.
Why 20 reps?

8 Rounds for time: (14 minute cap)

Single Arm Russian Swing X 5 reps each side
Pushups X 10 reps
*Perform a Turkish Getup X 1 side, alternating sides each round
