I'm experienced.

I'm new.

If you've done strength training, barball or CrossFit training for 3 or more months,

let's keep it going at Defined.

Finding a new training home is an important decision. The best way to get a feel for our gym, our training culture and our programming style as an athlete with previous CrossFit, barbell or kettlebell experience is to join us for a complimentary workout. Train with us, get a feel for the programming, soak up the energy, meet a few of the coaches and take in what our community has to offer.

Please contact us to find out about membership options, personal training and how to join our team. We welcome all athletes and have a variety of training options to fit your needs. Our weekly training schedule covers yoga, strength training, conditioning, mobility, open gym, olympic weightlifting, team workouts, kettlebells and so much more. Contact us to get started.

Personal Training

Our Defined Personal Training program allows athletes an opportunity to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable coaching team to refine or review specialty skills, general technique, and/or lifestyle practices. This is also an excellent option for athletes who prefer individualized attention. We have perzonalized training for strength & conditionig and nutrition.

Good morning Coach, I just did a workout at a CrossFit gym here in DC and I want to tell you how much I appreciate the team at Defined. You guys "spoil us" with not only amazing equipment but also amazing coaches who know how to bring the best out of us.

I could go on...If you're on the fence about spending a significant chunk of change every month, think of it as one of the best investments in yourself you can make - physically, mentally, and socially. It doesn't matter if you've had trouble going to the gym regularly in the past or you've been a competitive athlete, this place is for you. Seriously. Do it.

From day one, everyone has gone out of their way to learn my name and relate. It really is an awesome community. I imagine CFD is CrossFit the way CrossFit was always meant to be - gritty (no mirrors - sorry, no selfies), casual, warm, and effective.
