Finding a new training home is an important decision. The best way to get a feel for our gym and our training culture as an athlete with previous CrossFit, barbell or kettlebell experience is to join us for a complimentary workout. Train with us, get a feel for the programming, soak up the energy, meet a few of the coaches and take in what our community has to offer.

Our weekly training schedule covers yoga, strength training, conditioning, mobility, open gym, olympic weightlifting, team workouts, kettlebells and so much more. Contact us to get started.
Our Defined Personal Training program allows athletes an opportunity to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable coaching team to refine or review specialty skills, general technique, and/or lifestyle practices. This is also an excellent option for athletes who prefer individualized attention. We have perzonalized training for strength & conditionig and nutrition.

Schedule time to meet with us for a 20 to 30-minute sit-down conversation to discuss your goals, athletic background, injuries or limitations (if any), tour the facility and answer any questions you may have about our program.
