The Defined Scholarship Program helps us help others keep moving.
In 2020, an athlete contacted us, requesting to donate a membership to someone in our community who had been negatively impacted by Covid. What began as one kind gesture, quickly grew into a community’s dedicated efforts to provide training opportunities for those who need it most.
The Defined Scholarship Program is an ongoing donation-based initiative that offers complimentary training to existing or returning athletes. Intended to promote a healthy lifestyle, support the goals of motivated individuals, and provide financial relief during stressful circumstances, this program was created for all people who believe in the benefits of movement.

Welcome, Coach Robert!
Our team just got a little stronger.
A gymnast since childhood and a high school varsity swimmer, Robert has always been an athlete. He fell in love with CrossFit in 2014 and got his CF-L1 certification in May of 2016, and CF-L2 in November of 2020. He has gained a vast knowledge of functional movement at a high intensity since he began coaching over 6 years ago. He loves to work with each member on their goals and provide one-on-one feedback.
Robert brings unstoppable energy to every class and is relentless in bringing out the best in his athletes. He is passionate about his own fitness and pushes himself in class, alongside others.
You can look forward to seeing him on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Welcome him with a Defined-style high-five, or a snack. He loves snacks.
