Strength Focus: Pushpress
Conditioning Elements: Active Hang, Farmer’s Carry, Wallballs, Russian Swings

Wednesday-
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, biking, jump ropes, abmats, Weighted Stepovers

Friday-
Strength Focus: Speed Squats
Conditioning Elements: Hang Power Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead, Burpees, Knees to elbows
