Conditioning Elements: Chest to bar pullups, Tall Box Jumps, Pushups, Jumping Lunges, Planks

Friday-
Strength Focus: Toes to bar and dips
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, wallballs, burpees, Hang Power Snatches
