Conditioning Elements: Running, Biking, Single arm snatch, abmats, wall climbs, toes to bar

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Bench Press and Bicep Curls
Conditioning Elements: Russian Swings, OHS, Double Unders

Friday-
Strength Focus: Back Squats
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, Deadlifts, box jumps
