Conditioning: Running, Pullups, pushups, air squats, Double unders, bar muscle ups if ready.

Strength: Halting Power Clean or Power Snatch
Conditioning: Power Cleans, Single Arm Snatch, Box Jump, Toes to Bar, Box Dips

Strength: Front Rack Stepups & Rollouts
Conditioning: Good Mornings, Box Hamstring Curls, Rowing, Lunging, Burpees

Strength: Pushpress
Conditioning: Hollow body work, Handstand shoulder taps, Power Snatches
