Monday-
Strength Focus: HS Holds, HI/Low Carry
Conditioning Elements: Bike sprints, rowing, burpees, plank walkouts, HS walks

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Front foot elevated Split Squat
Conditioning Elements: Air Squats, Muscle ups, Hang power cleans

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Bench Press
Conditioning Elements:  Wall climbs, toes to bar, single arm pushpress, overhead plate crunch, plank

Friday-
Strength Focus: Clean, Front Squat, Jerk
Conditioning Elements: Box Hamstring curl, good mornings, Single arm snatches, pushups, box jumps
