Conditioning Elements: Power Snatch, Tall Clean, Tall jerk, Split Jerk Press

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Kipping Practice, Pullups,
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, Hollow body and superman practice, Vups, Pushups

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Split Squats
Conditioning Elements:  RDLS, Side Plank Abductions, Plank, Sumo Deadlift Highpull, Double Unders

Friday-
Strength Focus: Bench Press, 3 point bent over row
Conditioning Elements:  Kickup to HS practice, Rowing, OHS, HSPU, Pushpress
