Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Clean, Front Squat, Split Jerk
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, wallballs, planks, box jump overs, burpees
Friday-
Strength Focus: Kip Swing, Pullup Strength
Conditioning Elements: Weighted Carries, Single arm Snatch, HSPUs, Pushups, Double Unders
