Conditioning Elements: Running, pushups

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Gymnastics Core training, wall climbs, Handstand walks
Conditioning Elements: Devil’s Press, Toes to Bar, Double Unders

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Pushpress, Standing 90° Press, Farmer’s Carry, Weighted Chinups
Conditioning Elements:  Rowing, Box Jump Overs

Friday-
Strength Focus: Front Squat
Conditioning Elements: Ground to Overhead, burpees
