Define Your Experience

Training at Defined means learning your capabilities to be strong for life.

We value education, consistency, and connection because the physical and mental health of our community comes first. Classes and programs at Defined focus on functional training that improves strength, conditioning, and barbell technique because application is key. For over a decade, we’ve prioritized consistency in training and in life. Defined is a community that was built to last, and if you ask our athletes they’ll attest: We’re more than a gym.

Foundations

Not sure where to start? Make Foundations your first move.

Defined brings out the athlete in everyone, and our Foundations program is the perfect place to start.

All incoming athletes with less than 3 months of prior barbell or CrossFit training start with our Foundations Prep Course. After that, you can enroll in any of our classes. This course includes:

  • 2 private one-on-one 60-minute sessions with a coach

  • An opportunity to learn or review skills and build confidence

This course is scheduled at your convenience by emailing [email protected].

One-time: $99

Session 1: Intro to Defined Training and individual training goals.

You’ll learn squat and hinge movements and complete a workout that incorporates the skills you learned. We’ll help you understand your conditioning level to prepare you for class.

Session 2: Learn to modify workouts based on your goals.

You’ll learn pressing movements and Olympic lifts. This session also ends with a fun, challenging workout.

Personal Training

Refine your skills.

Our Personal Training program is perfect for athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Let our qualified coaches help you learn a new skill, refine your technique, or develop healthy lifestyle habits. Personal Training is a great fit for athletes looking for more individualized attention or a flexible training schedule. Training options include rehabilitation, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, strength-specific training, mobility, and conditioning.

We think twice about our programs so you don’t have to.

Our daily training includes a coach-led warm-up, strength training, and functional conditioning. Our focused programs help all athletes of all levels track their progress in order to see changes in capability and body composition. Our specialty classes and programs include Weightlifting, Endurance, Powerlifting, and Yoga.

Open Gym

Options for everyone.

Whether it’s your program or ours, there’s always space for you to train with us. As a Defined athlete, you have access to our space and equipment during designated Open Gym times. Our coaching staff will also be available to suggest training programs, offer feedback, and provide modifications, should you need us.
