Class Descriptions

Designed for athletes new to CrossFit, the barbell and/or strength training, this 2-week course teaches you the skills you need to enter our daily classes.

This class can be paired with your training or as a stand-alone to help increase overall strength and work capacity. Strength Cafe focuses on Pulls, Squats, Pressing, and accessory movements.

Designed to challenge your endurance and mental capacity in a supported class environment. This longer-style workout is meant to push you through the mental barriers that often hold us back in endurance events.

Our gym is open each day for all athletes from 12p to close. Check our schedule for specific times. Coaches are always around for training guidance.

This class helps athletes improve stability, achieve better alignment, and increase mobility, balance, and body awareness. This is a recovery-focused experience.

The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to everyday training.

All CrossFit workouts utilize functional movements while offering a variety of scaling options for beginner to advanced movers.

This class is for athletes with a competitive edge. Anticipate strict movement standards; mindset coaching; peer-to-peer motivation; and CF Open, Games and competition-style programming. Athletes attending this class should have 6+ months of CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting experience and currently train 3-5 times per week, regularly.
