All CrossFit workouts utilize functional movements while offering a variety of scaling options for beginner to advanced movers.
This fun, team-style class focuses on strength and accountability. You’ll encourage your teammates and meet new friends along the way.
Designed for athletes new to CrossFit, the barbell and/or strength training, this 2-week course teaches you the skills you need to enter our daily classes.
Olympic Weightlifting Technique Class
The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to everyday training.
This class can be paired with your training or as a stand-alone to help increase overall strength and work capacity. Strength Cafe focuses on the Deadlift, Squat, Press and accessory movements.
A team-style class with movements rooted in functional lifting and strongman concepts.
Simulated Long Row/Run
SLR is designed to challenge your endurance and mental capacity in a supported class environment. This longer-style workout is meant to push you through the mental barriers that often hold us back in endurance events.
Defined Conditioning is a high-intensity interval training class, perfect for all levels. Training concepts include: agility, speed, and plyometric based workouts. This is a barbell free class.
The kettlebell is a cast iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that improve overall strength and conditioning
Our gym is open each day for all athletes from 12p to close. Check our schedule for specific times.
This class is about stretching with intention in order to optimize your athletic performance and recovery. Mobility is a highly educational experience with a rotating focus.
This class helps athletes improve stability, achieve better alignment, and increase mobility, balance and body awareness. This is a recovery focused experience.

We welcome open gym guests at all times. Please refer to the schedule page for all open gym times. We reserve space and equipment at most times for this.
