All CrossFit workouts utilize functional movements while offering a variety of scaling options for beginner to advanced movers.
Olympic Weightlifting Technique Class
The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to everyday training.
Simulated Long Row/Run
Designed to challenge your endurance and mental capacity in a supported class environment. Typically longer workouts that are meant to push you through the mental barriers that often hold us back in endurance events.
We host open gym every day for all athletes (members & guest)
from 12p to close. Check the schedule for specific times.
This fun, team-style workout focuses on accountability and teamwork. A great way to push each other and meet new friends along the way.
This class can be paired with your training or as a stand-alone to help increase overall strength and work capacity. Focusing on the Deadlift, Squat, Press and developing accessory movements.
A high-intensity interval training class, perfect for all levels. Training concepts include: agility, speed, and plyometric based workouts. This is a barbell free class.
This class is about stretching with intention in order to optimize your
athletic performance and recovery. A highly educational experience with a rotating monthly focus.
Designed for athletes new to CrossFit, the barbell and/or strength training. A 2-week course that will teach you all the skills you need to enter our group classes.
