At Defined, we offer a variety of classes for all types of athletes.

Crossfit Workout

All CrossFit workouts utilize functional movements while offering a variety of scaling options for beginner to advanced movers.

Olympic Weightlifting Technique Class

The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to everyday training.

DefCon | Simulated Long Row/Run

Designed to challenge your endurance and mental capacity in a supported class environment. Typically longer workouts that are meant to push you through the mental barriers that often hold us back in endurance events.

Open Gym

We host open gym every day for all athletes (members & guest)
from 12p to close. Check the schedule for additional times.

Team Workout

This fun, team-style workout focuses on accountability and coordination.  A great way to push each other and meet new friends along the way.

Strength Cafe

This class can be paired with your training or as a stand-alone to help increase overall strength and work capacity. Focusing on the Deadlift, Squat, Press and developing accessory movements.

DefCon | Training

A high-intensity interval training class, perfect for all levels. Training concepts include: agility, speed, and plyometric based workouts. This is a barbell free class.

Mobility

This class is about stretching with intention in order to optimize your
athletic performance and recovery. A highly educational experience with a rotating monthly focus. 

foundation-1

Defined Foundations

Designed for athletes new to CrossFit, the barbell and/or strength training. A 2-week course that will teach you everything you need to know to enter our group classes.

Life Lifting

A team-style class with movements rooted in functional lifting and strongman concepts.

DefCon | Kettlebell Conditioning

The kettlebell is a cast iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that improve overall strength and conditioning

yoga

Athlete's Yoga

This class helps athletes improve stability, achieve better alignment, and increase mobility, balance and body awareness. A sweat free recovery focused experience.

We welcome open gym guests at all times. Please refer to the schedule page for all open gym times. We reserve space and equipment at most times for this.
