Each class follows a progressive 4-week cycle, beginning with targeted strength training and transitioning to high-intensity CrossFit-style workouts. As the cornerstone of our gym’s programming, it incorporates essential elements such as strength progressions, skill development, accessory work, and intense metabolic conditioning (metcons).
