Designed for athletes new to CrossFit, barbell training, or strength training, this 2-session course equips you with the essential skills to confidently join our daily classes.
All incoming athletes with less than 3 months of prior barbell or CrossFit experience begin with our Foundations Prep Course before enrolling in any of our regular classes.
Course Details:
- 2 private, one-on-one 60-minute sessions with a coach
- Opportunity to learn or review skills and build confidence
Cost: One-time fee of $99
Session 1: Introduction to Defined Training and setting individual goals. You'll learn squat and hinge movements, complete a workout incorporating these skills, and assess your conditioning level to prepare for class.
Session 2: Learn to modify workouts based on your goals. This session covers pressing movements and Olympic lifts, concluding with a fun, challenging workout.
