Start strong with Defined’s Foundations course — designed for anyone new to barbell training, looking to refine their technique, or with less than 3 months of CrossFit experience.
What’s Included:
Two private, 60-minute sessions with a coach. You'll learn the proper technique for squats, deadlifts, pressing, and Olympic Weightlifting, assess your conditioning, and receive personalized modifications. The sessions will conclude with a fun, challenging workout.
