Our Specialty Programs and Classes at Defined Training offer a personalized experience tailored to your unique fitness needs. Each class is designed to address various goals and cater to different populations, providing a customized training approach for each group.
Our 1-hour Strength class is dedicated to functional bodybuilding and powerlifting, emphasizing strength building with minimal conditioning work. This class is an excellent complement to our daily training.
Also known as "DefCon" or "Defined Conditioning," our 1-hour Endurance class is designed to enhance your aerobic capacity and endurance through a variety of cardio exercises. Although there is no dedicated strength portion, the class includes lighter barbell movements, high-rep exercises, and the use of dumbbells and kettlebells. This class is perfect for developing a strong endurance engine and testing your mental resilience with longer, high-volume workouts.
Our 75-minute Olympic Weightlifting Technique class focuses on perfecting the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk—three highly technical and exhilarating lifts. These movements improve your overall strength, flexibility, speed, and coordination, and enhance your performance in all our other classes.
If you're interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, you can compete with our USAW Defined Barbell Club. We also offer a complementary 4-day-per-week training program for dedicated members to focus exclusively on Olympic Weightlifting.
Our 1-hour class is designed for active seniors who want to improve their strength, mobility, and overall capability. Tailored for those 55 and older, it provides a safe introduction to strength training and promotes healthy aging. Participants will build strength, move pain-free, and maintain their health, making it the perfect training experience for older adults who wish to age well and stay active.
Our nutrition offering delivers personalized support to help you reach your health goals. As a member, you can work one-on-one with a coach or participate in our quarterly workshops. These workshops, suitable for all levels, focus on building healthy habits and are tailored to your specific needs, whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or both. We’re committed to providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve success in your nutrition and fitness journey.
Our passion is teaching women to love the barbell and experience the tangible results of strength training. This small group class starts with a coach-led warm-up, progresses to targeted strength training with an emphasis on understanding the "why" behind each movement, and concludes with conditioning that blends weighted functional exercises with aerobic challenges in varying time domains.
