The CrossFit Open starts next week, Wednesday March 6th.  The Open will put competitors through 5 workouts over 5 weeks, starting March 6th and ending April 7th.  The first workout will be released this coming Wednesday.  As a gym, CrossFit Defined will be programming and performing these workouts on each Friday following the release of the workout from the CF Headquarters.

Why should you register?

First of all, its fun!

Secondly,  its a great way to get involved with some friendly CrossFit competition that is world wide.

It does not matter how long you have been CrossFitting or how often you go Rx, everyone can participate.  We can scale wods just like any other CFD workout and keep you safe.

CrossFit HQ charges $20 per registration, and just to be clear, none of that money goes into the affiliate’s (CFD’s) pockets.

CrossFit Defined is scored as a whole.  The top 3 scores from all of our men and the top 3 scores from all of our women will be counted towards our group effort.  We need your support on this one.  Take it seriously or just have fun with it, the approach is up to you!

If you completed all of this weeks WODs than come in to work on your double unders, your olympic lifts (clean, jerk, snatch) or do some powerlifting (deadlift, bench, squat), ride a bike, climb the ropes, do some burpees, practice your kipping pull-up or do anything else that you have in mind. Don’t forget that we have the following classes in addition to open gym.

5:30a, 6:30a, 12p, 4p, 5p, 6p – Open Gym w/ the coaches

7p Circuit Endurance w/ Coach David & The Mark Peterson
