Lincoln Square: In addition to the current schedule at Lincoln Square, the following classes will be added to accommodate our Lakeview athletes that would like to train! All Classes are open to all CFD members!
Saturday: 8am Powerlifting, 9am Endurance, 10am Endurance, Noon Olympic Lifting.
Sunday: 9am KB Class, 10am KB Class, 11am Yoga.
A. Take 18 minutes-
Bulgarian Split Squat:
Beginner: Sets of 10 per leg, bodyweight or PVC.
Intermediate: Sets of 8 per leg, using KB or DB in hands, add weight.
Advanced: Find your heavy 5 per leg with back rack barbell, add weight, get heavy, move right!

B. 22 Minute Team Amrap- Teams of 2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible as a team of the following:
Row 500 meters -Alternate every 100 meters
40 Overhead walking lunges with plate 45/25lbs -Alternating every time the plate is dropped
30 Pushups with Hand Release
