B. Take 25 minutes-
Floor Press: Find your heavy 5
After find your heavy 5, perform the following;
Neutral grip: Max reps set @ 65% of 5RM
*Rest 2 minutes
Close grip: Max reps set @ 55% of 5RM
*Rest 2 minutes
Wide grip: Max reps set @ 45% of 5RM
