A. CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of the following:
150 Wallballs 20/14lbs
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups
*Tie Breakers: ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES NEED TO RECORD TIMES THEY COMPLETED WALLBALLS, DOUBLE UNDERS, AND MUSCLE UPS IF YOU GET THERE.

Our Non RX Group:
Wallballs: Option to scale lower in weight.
Double unders: Sub 3 singles for 1 DU.
Muscle Ups: Sub 3 pullups for 1 M/U

WOD Notes: For those of you that have registered for the open, this wod needs to be completed RX. Make note that the wallball target height for women is 9′ and 10′ for men.
If you are registered and dont have your Doubles, feel free to use the rest of the time to get as many as possible through trial and error. If you do have your Doubles and dont have your Muscle ups, record the times you completed both the 150 wallballs and 90 Doubles, then transition to max number of pullups.
