– Perform with Snatch grip from back rack

Min 1: RDL with weight from Part A
Min 2: Bent Over Row with weight from Part A
Min 3: HSPU Negatives, HS Hold or Kipping HSPUs unbroken
C.
3 Rounds for time: (9 minute cap)
Deadlift X 15 reps
Box Jumps X 12 reps
Single Arm Hang Squat Clean with KB X 9 reps
– Alternating sides as needed
Single Arm Thruster with KB X 6 reps
– Alternating sides as needed
*Barbell weight should be no more than 30% of 1rm Deadlift, something you can perform 15 reps in 2 sets or less.
