Partner 1: Row 500/400 meters
Partner 2: Amrap of the following:
5 X HSPUs
– Optimize to 10 X Pushups
10 X Pistols, alternating
– Optimize to 20 X Jumping Lunges
15 X Deadlifts
– quick and light
