Hang Power Clean Triple
– Week 2/4 on this progression
– 10 minutes, building to heavy working weight triple
– Goal is to add 5-10lbs each week to your working weight!

8 Minute Quality Amrap X 3-4 Rounds;
HPC X 3 @ working weight from Part A.
*Follow with:
Standing DB French Press X 20 reps
*Complete a round every 2 to 2.5 minutes

5 Rounds for time; (12 minute cap)
50-40-30-20-10 reps of the following;
Russian Swings
– Use a moderate to heavy bell, something you can swing in sets of 10-15 reps at all times.
